Shipping policy

At Queen of Alaska, each item is crafted and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. As a small-batch business, we take time to prepare every order with precision and purpose. Please review the details below for our current shipping process.


1. Processing Time

All orders are handmade, inspected, and packaged with care.

  • Processing time: Typically 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • During high order volumes, launches, or holidays, processing may extend slightly.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.
Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note: These are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows. Once a package is in transit, delivery times are beyond our control.


4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your package is scanned by the carrier.


5. Warm Weather Shipping (Skincare Items)

Our tallow-based skincare products are made from natural oils and butters that may soften or melt in high temperatures.
To help ensure your product arrives in its best condition:

  • Avoid leaving your package in hot mailboxes or direct sunlight.

  • If your product softens, place it in a cool area to resolidify naturally — this does not affect quality or performance.


6. Combined Orders (Skincare + Jewelry)

If your order includes both skincare and jewelry, items may ship separately to ensure each is properly protected during transit.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Queen of Alaska is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this occurs:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office, as packages are sometimes held or misdelivered.

  • You may file a claim directly with the carrier (usually USPS) for recovery or reimbursement.

We’re happy to assist you in starting a claim but cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


9. Order Delays

Shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Postal service interruptions

  • Seasonal demand
